Osher Bli Gvulot (Happiness Without Borders) is the story of Osher, a thirty-year-old Israeli who lives in Miami, and works for his uncle in a start-up of easy chairs. After getting entangled with the local authorities he is deported back to Israel, and here he discovers an astronomical debt to Social Security resulting from a bureaucratic mistake. After failing to undo the evil of the decree, Osher decides to run for prime minister - because that's the only way to show Social Security who the boss is. But the road to the high chair is full of obstacles, celebrities, beautiful leftists, and formidable Social Security officials.
