Mil Rosas is an adventure game, autofictional, about someone playing a game in their console during chemo session.

Within the game, the main character seeks the main ingredients for a powerful enchantment. In the process, they talk with the people living in a peaceful, yet saddened town.
In the real world, as the cancer patient plays through their game, they receive various visits from their mother, significant other, and sister. The three of them talk about what's going on and about their lives.
