In this dystopic alternate reality, the Mexican Revolution, which transformed the country from a semi-colonial dictatorship into a chaotic republican democracy, suffers an unexpected Intervention. Questions about who these people are and what they want are tossed aside, as the distinct factions at war are quick to learn, adapt and apply the new technologies they brought, and use them to improve their machines and break the barriers of nature when adapting cybernetics, nanotechnology and genetic editing to soldiers and civilians alike.
In this new world, who will win the war? Will it be a war worth winning?
