Here is where the story starts, you must purchase homes and repair them while keeping them in a good standing to avoid people from moving. But this can be challenging once a good bit of the town is owned. But your not in this alone you have a trusty handy man to help keep everything going strong.But with so many homes you will have to do some things yourself if funds don't allow for professional help.
