Ghost Moth is an indie game studio based in Melbourne, Australia. It was founded in 2021 after successfully pitching Matchmaker: Dungeon Heart to VicScreen (then called Film Victoria) and securing funding for early development. The team then received further funding from Screen Australia in 2022 and further funding from VicScreen in 2024. The demo for the game has been shown at Pax Aus, SXSW Sydney, and TGX. Starting out as a husband & wife team, the studio founded itself with five core developers and has now grown to include five more regular collaborators and showcases Australian talent at its finest. Ghost Moth is a fully remote team with talent working out of Victoria, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, and New Zealand.
